Individualized athlete consultations are available for any athlete looking to maintain or improve sport performance. Topics may include attentional focus, energy management, personal autonomy or environmental mastery. With a minimum of 3 sessions required, these consultations will explore various perspectives through discussion, activities, and assessments to increase sport confidence, motivation, goal achievement, and overall enjoyment.

Certified Mental Performance Consultants meet a high standard of education and practice in the mental performance field. This virtual mentorship includes personalized reflection, development, and skill building as practitioners work toward certification. Through an experiential approach, these mentorship sessions will offer differing perspectives and alternative solutions to hands-on work with clients. These sessions also include direct knowledge of service hours to supplement the CMPC application, if needed
